Does Ashden Road really exist?
Ashden Road actually exists! Ashden Road is the name of the road we grew up in. Ashden Road is therefore highly nostalgic and personal to us and our slogan ‘from our home to yours’ captures this perfectly.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery lead times vary according to the product you order, the size of your order and the time of year. Our lead times are dependent on the stock availability and shipping timescales of our manufacturing partners. Deliver estimates can be found in every product page but are subject to confirmation once you have placed your order.
If we are able to deliver your order sooner, and you’re happy with this, we will!
What days & times are available for delivery?
Deliveries will be made between 10:00-17:00 Monday to Friday. Standard delivery is 1-2 working days from dispatch. When your product is ready in dispatch, you will be contacted by phone to arrange delivery by our logistics company.
Can you offer me a specific time slot?
We unfortunately therefore cannot give you a specific time of delivery. We will however give you an am (8am – 12pm) or pm (12pm – 7pm) window for receipt of delivery. By prior arrangement we can also arrange for our drivers to give you a call approximately 1 hour in advance of the delivery.
What delivery couriers/carriers do you use?
To reduce cost of storage items are regularly delivered direct by our suppliers.
Our choice of shipping carrier depends on the size and weight of your ordered products. Small items are delivered by a one-man parcel courier whilst bulkier items will require a two-man delivery team.
Can you take my old furniture away?
We are not able to remove old furniture for reasons of safety, cost & liability. We should however point out that most local councils offer a removal service that encourages responsible recycling. Another recommendation is contact the Furniture Recycling Network (www.frn.org.uk/contact-us.html) on 0845 602 8003.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders.
Free Standard Delivery
Our selected courier will deliver the furniture piece to your front door free of charge.
White-Glove Delivery (Optional)
We also offer an optional premium, white-glove delivery service charged at £120 per order. This service sends a fully trained and equipped delivery team to your home or office who will bring the product(s) inside your room of choice, assemble the item and remove all packaging.

How big is your delivery vehicle?
Our delivery partners use a number of different vehicles but typically the size of a furniture removal van. If you have any concerns for access of delivery vehicles please discuss this before or after you place your order.
Tight hallways & stairwells?
Access is not usually a problem but it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods that you have ordered fit into your house. Should you have any concerns or queries please contact our customer service department and they will be able to confirm dimensions.
Please note that our beds come flat packed for home assembly either by you with our Standard Delivery or by our experience Delivery Team with our White Glove Delivery service.
What are your payment options?
We accept payments made from PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. All payments online a fully secured and encrypted affording you the piece of mind that your personal details remain private.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
We do not accept cash on delivery for reasons of security and account reconciliation.

Receipt of damaged goods?
When you receive your order please ensure you check the number of parcels and the outer packaging for damage and then sign the delivery note with any comments.
