RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Every order place with Ashden Road is important to us. We really want you to fall in love with your exciting new purchase. If you don’t, you can return your unwanted item for up to 14 days after delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs & risk of returning unwanted items to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item received is damaged. All returned items must have the original tags and packaging. It must not be installed, used, or modified in any way.
Please note that there are exceptions that are deemed non-returnable.
We cannot accept any returns on certain items such as custom, specifically-tailored, special order, gift certificates or clearance;
We are unable to accept any returns on mattresses that have been removed from original packaging, unless they are faulty.
Any items that are non-returnable will be marked as such on the respective product page.
Please contact us within 14 days of your delivery to let us know you are returning any items. We will need to know your order reference to process your return. You may deliver the goods back to our warehouse or alternatively we can arrange collection at a charge that will be deducted from the refund.
Once we in receipt of your returned item(s) in the mandatory conditions set out in this policy, you will receive a refund to the card or PayPal account you used for payment (in the interests of fraud prevention) within 14 working days, less any collection costs or any other applicable costs. Ashden Road cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Any loyalty rewards applied to your online account related to your returned order will be deducted.
